• This method (on the right from the center) is the Vacuum Pot
• You use a medium-fine grind
• Brew for 3-5 minutes for just the right-tasting brew

• This method (in the middle) is the Bialetti
• When it just boils, take it off the stove
• Always keep lid open
• Burr grind setting #3

• Method is the Pour Over (on the left)
• Fold the bottom of the filter
• Use #3 or #4 grind
