- This method (on the right from the center) is the Vacuum Pot
- You use a medium-fine grind
- Brew for 3-5 minutes for just the right-tasting brew
- This method (in the middle) is the Bialetti
- When it just boils, take it off the stove
- Always keep lid open
- Burr grind setting #3
- Method is the Pour Over (on the left)
- Fold the bottom of the filter
- Use #3 or #4 grind
